Ronald Armand was arrested Saturday night for a DUI, after Alaska Highway Patrol officers pulled him over after observing his car weaving on the road. After performing field sobriety tests and a Breathalyzer, Mr. Armand was arrested. He was booked into the Wasila city jail and released the next day on a $5,000 bond.

If you're stopped by the police for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) or driving while drunk (DWI) you'll more than probably be asked to submit to a "breathalyzer" test. If an officer "ask" you to take the breathalyzer test- if he suspects you've been drinking and driving- is usually not a matter of negotiation. Have questions?
